Roadmap · updated October 2026
What's built. What's next. No vapor.
We'd rather ship than promise. Here is where Reachy is today, the gates before the public launch, the device we are building, the cities and companies we build for, and the order we take the world in. No dates we can't keep — just honest order.
01 · in drivers' hands
In Reachy today
Working on iPhone and Android, tested with NYC drivers, every change checked on real devices before it reaches them.
02 · before the public launch
Getting ready for everyone
Launch is when it's ready, not when the calendar says so. These are the gates.
Premium checkout
Yearly checkout on the web at the founder price, locked for as long as you stay.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through a certified payment processor.
Turn renewal off whenever you like, from the app or the web.
Security, phase 3
On top of Face ID, passkeys and the one guarded front door already in place.
Apple and Google confirm each request comes from the real Reachy app on a real device — already true for Live Parking, next for every call.
Public source, signed deploys and a "Verify this app" code — so anyone can check we keep no locations.
Store release
Every public version goes through Apple and Google review. No shortcuts.
Automated tests on small and large iPhones and Android phones before every release.
03 · the reachy device
Two devices. Your car, programmable.
Today Reachy works with good off-the-shelf adapters. Next we build our own two devices: Reachy OBD, the read-only car link, and Reachy Middleware, the hub with its own GPS and LTE modules that talks to the car, the phone and Reachy. Together they make your car a set of building blocks — programmable, by us and by the people who build on Reachy.
Reachy OBD
Plugs into the car. Reads the engine, the codes, on and off — and can never write. Answers to Reachy only.
Work in progress · 2 partnersReachy Middleware
The hub. Its own GPS, its own LTE line, one certificate per device. The platform your car's building blocks run on — and the start of what we are patenting.
Build starts January 2027Why we can't show everything yet
Patents first. Then the whole picture.
The Middleware is the start of several things we believe change how a city and its cars work together. We are filing patents on them before we publish, because some of what we're building is bad news for companies who earn from the way things are — and we want to be able to keep our services free for the world, not fight to survive them. Once the filings are in, this page will say it all.
04 · the reachy family
One infrastructure. Five ways in.
The devices are the base. Around them, the products that let drivers, builders, companies and mechanics use the same Reachy infrastructure.
Reachy OBD
The read-only link to your car: engine, codes, state. Answers to Reachy only.
Work in progress · 2 partnersReachy Middleware
The hub: its own GPS and LTE, one certificate per device, the platform everything else runs on.
Build starts January 2027Reachy Developers
Build on Reachy Middleware and Reachy's infrastructure, and sell what you build in the Reachy Marketplace.
PlannedReachy Fleet
Two vans or two hundred: every vehicle, every driver, one dashboard.
BuildingReachy Mechanic
How a shop joins the network: the error codes it fixes, the drivers it helped, the work that finds it.
PlannedReachy
The app you have today — free core, Premium for the rest.
In the app05 · where we go
New York. The US. Canada. Europe.
The plan to make Reachy available to the whole world, in that order — and to bring every city along.

- United StatesCity by city, starting with the ones that publish their rules.next
- CanadaSame app, same promises.then
- EuropeBuilt from day one for many languages and many rulebooks.later
06 · for cities
Digital cities, better organized.
We help governments give their people what the best apps give: tickets paid and announced in time, city services a tap away, notices before the work starts, every rule and every free spot on one trusted map. Our tools and the experience behind them are ready to share with any city that wants to go digital.
A map of every rule.
From a city's raw sign records to a map residents trust, with the audits that show where the records are wrong.
Ready to sharePay, get told, be warned.
Tickets the day they're issued, reminders before penalties, notices before construction — delivered with Reachy's privacy rules.
BuildingResidents report; the city sees.
Closures, broken signs and planned work, confirmed by the people on the block — one picture for drivers and for the city.
Planned07 · for companies
Reachy Fleet: fleets and drivers, professionally served.
Companies that own vehicles and employ drivers already use Reachy's tools. Reachy Fleet is where we expand those commercial services: the same privacy, built for a fleet.
08 · partnerships
Reachy grows with the people around the car.
We'd rather earn from great partners than from your data. Here's who we work with and where each stands.
09 · after launch
The bigger picture
Apple CarPlay
Reachy on the dashboard, as an official parking app.
PlannedConnect your car directly
Parked and driving state straight from supported connected cars — read-only, handled on our servers, never on the phone.
PlannedFight a ticket
Photo evidence and the right defense, prepared from the app.
PlannedFleet & building dashboard
Badges, tickets, vehicles and cases in one place for garages, fleets and property managers.
PlannedSupport chat
Talk to the Reachy team right inside the app.
PlannedMore cities, more languages
After New York is great. Volunteers help translate Reachy into their own language.
PlannedShape what comes next
Early drivers decide the order.
Early drivers get new features first and a direct line to the founders.
